Return & Refund Policy

Ledgei accepts eligible returns for oven mitts and kitchen textile products purchased through ledgei.shop. This policy explains the return window, accepted condition, return method, return label, inspection process, exchanges, refund timing, and product-specific condition requirements.

Return Window and Accepted Return Types

Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, dry, odor-free, free of food residue, grease, smoke smell, heat marks, stains, pet hair, missing pieces, and returned with original packaging and included components when possible.

Return Method, Label, and Fees

Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should package mitts, pot holders, labels, and set pieces securely in clean packaging so they are protected during return transit.

Kitchen Textile Condition Notes

Items may be refused if they show food residue, grease marks, smoke odor, fabric staining, scorch marks, melted silicone, washed fabric, torn seams caused after delivery, missing pot holders, missing pair pieces, or signs of kitchen use. For hygiene and inspection reasons, used kitchen textiles cannot be accepted as new-condition returns unless the return relates to a verified defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives torn, stained, missing a piece, incorrect in color, incorrect in set quantity, or different from the order, email care@ledgei.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, product name, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the mitts, pot holders, seams, grip surface, packaging, and shipping carton if damage is visible.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact care@ledgei.shop with the order number, customer name, item name, return reason, and photos when relevant. Returns without order identification may take longer to process. Please wait for return instructions before mailing the product.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Accept exchanges for eligible items when the requested replacement is available. If the requested color, size, or set format is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
